About us

Our services

We provide emergency, residential, commercial and auto locksmith services across Glasgow and Central Scotland. We will always try to gain entry without damage where possible, but some situations may require a lock to be replaced.

Quotes and pricing

We agree the price with you before starting work. There is no call-out charge and no hidden fees for evening or weekend work. Prices are subject to VAT where applicable. If additional work is needed once we're on site, we will discuss it with you before proceeding.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. We accept major debit and credit cards.

Guarantee

The branded parts we install carry a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover misuse, damage, or further forced-entry attempts.

Our responsibility

We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, or for damage caused by attempting entry where a non-destructive method is not possible and you have asked us to proceed. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
